Description
Gaston Lenotre Scholarship raises funds for tuition scholarships, to provide hands on training to deserving students aspiring for a rewarding career in the culinary arts. Tuition scholarships are awarded to students based upon financial need and academic and professional merit. It must be used within six months of the award and may apply to tuition only. They are applicable only to hands-on culinary education at schools located in Harris County, which deliver diplomas and are licensed by the Texas Workforce Commission. Scholarship disbursements range from $1,000 to $3,000 and are awarded four times annually. To date we have awarded over $485,000 in scholarships. Gaston Lenotre Scholarship is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization operating in Houston, Texas since 2001.
