Applicable School(s)

Scholarship for Native American graduate students enrolled in a Master's program leading to a degree in Library/Information Science. Applicants must be enrolled members of a federally recognized tribe or Alaskan village and participate in community activities promoting American Indian concerns and initiatives. Financial need is considered. Preference given to students employeed in a tribal library or libraries serving the American Indian population. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply for one additional year.
