The MyCollegeOptions.org website
The data collected in the paper questionnaire becomes part of the student's personal folder on the MyCollegeOptions.org website for his or her future use.
The login and password from the College Match Report are used to access the online features of MyCollegeOptions.org. Students can:
- research colleges across the country
- join colleges' mailing lists
- get facts and tips on the college search process
- create new surveys based on different interests and criteria
- access college websites via provided links
The online report contains a list of schools sorted according to how well they match to the student's unique profile. From this list the student can:
- click on the stars to explore why the school received the match rating
- click on the college name to get information about the school (phone numbers, majors, tuition costs, etc.)
- click on the inquire icon to send an email to the college's admissions office
- click on the application icon to apply online
- click on the website icon to go directly to the college's website for more in-depth research
