A simple two-page questionnaire provides initial data for the My College Options matching engine.
The questionnaire profiles the student based on information regarding:

- sports
- co-curricular activities
- college size
- location
- general college preferences and desires
My College Options has developed an extensive database of accredited colleges and universities nationwide that includes information specific to the high school questionnaire.
Each student's data is processed and matched against an algorithm that matches their interests with U.S. colleges and universities.
