Scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students who are the children or grandchildren or National Association of Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) members. Students must enroll full-time in a two- or four-year degree program. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selection is based on merit. An essay on a specific topic must be included with application packet.
